HOW DO MY RETURNS WORK?

For us, Rexfit Sports Boxing Products are the best in the world. If, contrary to expectations and order specificity you can easily return them to us within two weeks. You can see how this works on this page

THE FOLLOWING ARE EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS:

  1. Products already used
  2. Gloves with protective film removed (exception: Gorilla Grip)
  3. Products with custom print (exceptions do apply)
  4. Self-configured products

DAMAGED PRODUCTS (CLAIM)

If your product has already arrived with a defect or has been damaged during use, this is a complaint.

In this case, we ask that you do not send the gloves back to us under any circumstances.

IF YOUR PRODUCT MEETS THE CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN, PLEASE PROCEED AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Create a return label and stick it on your package (alternatively mobile returns)
  2. Send the product you ordered back to us securely packaged
  3. Upon receipt, we will inspect and process your return (this may take up to 10 business days)
  4. As soon as your return has been processed, we will refund you the value of the goods using the payment method you selected when ordering.

IMPORTANT: NO EXCHANGES ARE POSSIBLE

We do not offer a direct exchange of the products. So if you want a different model or size, we ask you to place a new order in our online shop. This is the easiest and fastest way for you to get the product you want.
